1. Scope of Services
Our services include mobile game development, consulting, UI/UX design, and support. These are custom and digital services, which are non-refundable once production has started, unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
2. No Refund Policy – Custom Work
Due to the nature of our business and digital services, all payments made for custom development, consulting, or design work are non-refundable under the following circumstances:
- Work has already commenced based on your project brief or requirements.
- A milestone or phase has been completed and delivered.
- Delays or dissatisfaction are caused by lack of communication, insufficient briefing, or changes in client-side direction.
3. Exceptions – Refund Eligibility
A partial or full refund may be considered only under the following conditions:
- No work has started and you cancel within 48 hours of initial payment.
- The project is not delivered at all, and there is no communication from our team for more than 14 business daysafter the confirmed delivery date.
- A critical defect in a final product is reported and not resolved within 30 business days.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] with your full name, invoice number, and clear explanation.
4. Payment Disputes
We encourage clients to first contact us to resolve any billing or service issues. Unauthorized payment disputes or chargebacks without first contacting support may result in project termination and legal claim.
5. Delivery Timelines
We provide realistic timelines, and any revisions, changes, or delays caused by the client may affect final delivery. Delays caused by force majeure, including server issues, illness, or third-party APIs, are not subject to refunds.
